Law enforcement officer David Hume is struggling to retain his humanity following a memory implant. In a relatively crime-free society becoming ever more dependant on science and technology, thanks in no small part to the mega-corporation Rekall, Hume unwillingly finds himself teamed with an android who wants to become more human.
