Some things we can't find but we will do our best to track down what we can. Regarding questions. We ask that all individuals please read the FAQ page before sending questions. If you have questions regarding shipping (prices, location, etc...) The shipping info is clearly located on the home page, the FAQ page and in the shopping cart. The menu bar located on the left side of the screen has all the links for the site. As far as trades, we currently are not accepting any. In the past 6 months we have yet to have a trade go smoothly. And rarely receive anything where the quality is good enough to add to our collections. We do reply to
all emails sent to us. If you can't find a reply within 24 hours please
check your spam folder. Aol, Hotmail & sbcglobal tend to put our replies
there. If you are contacting us regarding an order, PLEASE make sure that you purchased from this website first. This is the only place that we do business. We do not have any other websites or sell on auctions or classified sites. This is it. If this is the first time you are coming to this site, then you did NOT buy from us. We have come to find that there are several other websites & sellers on a few auction sites that are buying from us & reselling our sets as their own (Many are even copy & pasting our site without changing anything). All of the sets that we originally made will have our website url in the menu of each disc. If you purchase one of our sets from someone else we can not help you if you have a problem with your order. You will have to deal with the person you purchased from. We do keep track of all of our customers, so we know which ones did actually buy from us. If your purchase did not originate on this website, we will not be able to help you. You will have to contact the person/site where you originally made your purchase.  |
